Westmeria family support
services aim to provide all of our clients with the highest standard
of service and therefore ensure all of our family support workers
and contact supervisors promote harmonious working relationships in
quality, equality and empowerment in all their activities.
We have a clear
understanding that any work with children and their families can
have a profound effect on their lives and therefore we expect our
family support workers and contact supervisors to give their best at
all times by listening, being open, sensitive, helpful and
professional to children and their families.
To promote this, we
ensure that all our family support workers and contact supervisors
receive monthly supervision from a qualified social worker manager,
are fully trained, and given bi-annual appraisals.
Evidence based reports
are provided for all assignments and are quality assured to ensure
that they are court ready and are of the highest standard.
Our best practice
methodology ensures that all of our family support workers and
contact supervisors are identity checked, criminal records checked
to enhanced level, professionally referenced, qualification checked
and formally interviewed by a qualified social work manager.

home based support, mentoring, contact supervision, escorting and
outreach services.
