What is the deadline for the pay run?
The deadline is Tuesday 11.30am
How will I be paid?
All payments will be made via Bacs payment; this takes 3 working days to appear in your account.
How often would I be paid?
Invoice and timesheets are to be submitted on a weekly basis.
When will I be paid?
Payment is processed each Tuesday and funds will clear in your account by each Friday of that week.
What happens if I change my bank or building society?
You will need to contact the accounts team on 01322 282 470 and inform them of the new bank details so the system can be changed.
Who do I contact if my pay is incorrect?
When you receive the funds and notice you have not received the correct pay, you will need to contact accounts on 01322 282 470 and discuss the discrepancy so they can look into it as soon as possible.
What happens if I have been underpaid?
This should not happen, however if it does you will need to do the same as the above and contact the office, they will then arrange to have the remaining funds sent to you as soon as possible.
What happens if I have been overpaid?
Again, this is not something that should occur, if it does, we will contact you immediately and discuss the best method in which you are able to return the funds to Westmeria.
How do I know what my rate of pay is going to be?
For each new contract started, schedules will be sent to you. These will list all of the relevant information including your rate of pay. IF you are unsure of anything, please contact the office, we will provide the information.
Will I get paid if my timesheet is completed incorrectly?
If your timesheet is filled in incorrectly one of the team will contact you to let you know, so you have the chance to correct it. If you do not return the emails/calls no payment will be made. We will not accept incorrect paperwork.
What happens if I miss the deadline?
Our accounts team will do their best in contacting you on Tuesday if they have not received your paperwork; if you do not respond to the calls/emails, payment will not be made until the following week.
Is there a fast track payment I can request?
Yes there is, we only carry out this request on unforeseen circumstances. We can do a chaps (same day payment) to your account, however please note there is a small charge for this service.
What happens if I do not receive the funds in my account by Friday?
If this is the case you will need to contact accounts on 01322 282 470 and speak to one of the team so they can look into it as a matter of urgency.
How can I get set up as a Limited company?
If you are not set up as a limited company when registering with Westmeria Recruitment LTD, this is something that we can assist with. We are able to provide details for a company who will guide you into becoming a director of your own limited company.
We will not process any payments into personal accounts.
I have expenses, there is no where to input them on the timesheet?
There is a separate expense form which you will need to fill in – this can be downloaded from our website, the same as the timesheet.
What happens if I cannot get my paperwork to you by the deadline?
You will need to contact the office on 01322 282 470 and speak to one of the team in accounts to inform them of the situation. Failure to do so will result in non payment.
What happens if I cannot get my timesheet signed?
if there is no one available to authorise your timesheet, you will need to phone accounts on 01322 282 470 and let them know as soon as possible.
How do I request more timesheets?
You can download an electronic timesheet on our website. We will also contact Recruitment Admin and request more hard copies are sent to you via post.
